Dr. Joe Fox moves to a small Colorado mountain town to open his Family Practice. There he finds good friends, love and majestic mountain beauty. But soon he finds that not everything in this small town is what it seems. In medical school, he didn’t learn anything about dealing with a prejudiced local sheriff or discovering a meth problem in the high school. He certainly did not learn how to face down a Colombian drug cartel. Dr. Joe just wanted to see the usual medical problems, then ride his mountain bike and go fishing. It did not turn out that way.
