In November, Bud Werner Memorial Library and Off the Beaten Path Bookstore presented National Novel Writing Month...30 days & nights of literary abandon.

This is our 2016 Grand Finale Celebration for NaNoWriMo writers!

Come celebrate the novelists who have been hunkering in at their notepads and keyboards to brave the feat of writing a 50,000-word novel during the past month. See what everyone has been up to. Don't worry if you didn't hit 50,000 words. We're all still proud of you for putting pen to paper, fingers to keyboard, mind to the novel...you deserve a celebration too!

What is NaNoWriMo? A fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to novel writing. Participants begin writing November 1. The goal is to write a 175-page (50,000-word) novel by midnight, November 30.
