Fantastic Mr. Fox (Paperback)

Staff Reviews
This is one of my favorite childhood classics! Mr. Fox is brave and daring–Every night he steals dinner for his wife and children from one of the three nasty farmers near his burrow. He takes bigger and bigger risks, until one day, the farmers Boggis, Bunce, and Bean decide they have had enough! They plan to end Mr. Fox once and for all… Fox and his underground friends must unite to defeat the horrible farmers, and provide food for everyone!
I have the fondest memories of my dad reading this book to me as a child. With daring adventures, quirky characters, and fantastic illustrations, this is a perfect read-aloud book for the family to enjoy.

Nobody outfoxes Fantastic Mr. Fox!
Someone's been stealing from the three meanest farmers around, and they know the identity of the thief—it's Fantastic Mr. Fox! Working alone they could never catch him; but now fat Boggis, squat Bunce, and skinny Bean have joined forces, and they have Mr. Fox and his family surrounded. What they don't know is that they're not dealing with just any fox—Mr. Fox would rather die than surrender. Only the most fantastic plan can save him now.
