About the Author
Jeannie Hudson grew up on a cattle ranch in Wyoming where her rapport with animals was nourished in a rural environment. She attended Casper College where she was the only student to serve as editor of the campus newspaper The Chinook for two years which included a full scholarship. While at the University of Wyoming, she began writing full time and selling short stories to national magazines. She signed with the Ray Peeker Literary Agency and over the next two decades, sold four suspense novels and raised Arabian show horses. When her agent died, she moved to MN and continued writing and raised beagle show dogs. After a return West, she now lives in the Black Hills of South Dakota with her husband and two rambunctious beagles Murphy and Bailey. She has released two suspense novels. BEHOLD A LONE HORSEMAN and TEN HOUR 'TIL SPRING in the past three years as well as two installments of her historical romance MARIPOSA trilogy - MARIPOSA-BOOK I-THE QUEST and MARIPOSA-BOOK II-WINTER IN EDEN. The third book MARIPOSA-BOOK III-SALVATION will be out in 2016.
